Hey guys! I'd like to hold an officer's meeting on December 22nd, at 7:00 EST. This is mandatory, and I'd like some sort of explanation if you're unable to make it.
The main purpose behind this meeting is to discuss the responsibilities of the different ranks, perhaps reshuffle them, and to get some sort of affirmation that all of you guys are on board. I can't help but feel that some officers aren't as committed in recent months as they were when I first promoted them.
Let me be clear. I'm not upset at anyone. If you guys wanna play a different game, or simply don't wanna have responsibilities anymore, that's fine! I don't want to force roles on anyone.
But the clans are getting very big and, if you haven't noticed, stressful. Quite frankly, I need help! I need to make sure that the people I have in positions of authority are willing and able to make their presence an important one!
There are a few other things I'd like to address, but that's the biggest thing on the agenda. I'm going to post the agenda on here which will be refined in the coming days, and if anyone has anything they want to bring up to me, please, PLEASE, make note of it, and bring it up at the meeting! You can let me know and I can make it an agenda point, or you can leave it for the meeting.

- The meeting will be on SKYPE. If you don't have it yet, please DL it for the purposes of this meeting, and you can just delete it right after. Add me as "chuward"
- This meeting is mandatory. If I don't get an explanation from you as to why you can't join, I'm going to assume you're not interested in the position, and demote you. I'm reasonable. If something comes up, that's fine, but I expect to be notified.
