I got one of those recently, so even when WG announced we wouldn't be seeing that sort of match up with the reduction of arty per game, we still do. :/

lately there's been a severe glut of 'scout' tanks, even older ones which aren't really 'scouts' and the effect of 1/3rd of your team dying is demoralizing, even if they were just useless suicide scouts. L2Scout people.
