Okay! I think it's about time I held a contest for all you fuzzy little sexies 
I was hoping for Clan Wars to provide some gold for me to spread around in contests, but it's proving a lot harder than I imagined!
So, I'm not a very rich Pika. I barely scrape by week to week, so don't expect anything huge from me from these contests.
Our first contest will be held Saturday, October 13th at 5:30 PM EST. It will be a series of battles held on the Sand River - Standard map (might as well train on our Clan Wars map!) with a Tier 5 limit.
HEre's an example of how the rounds will work (for 30 entries):
- First match will be 15 vs. 15
- Next match will be 7 v 8 (with the 8-person team having 3 tanks reduced to tier 4 limit)
- Then 3 (or 4) v 4 (If the teams are lopsided, the 4-man team will have 1 tank reduced to tier 4 limit)
- If the winning team had 3 members, it will be a series of 1-on-1 battles between the 3 winners:
Player A vs. Player B
Player A vs. Player C
Player C vs. Player B
Whoever has the most wins, wins the contest.
- If the winning team had 4 members, it'll be a 2 v 2, and then finally a 1 v 1 to determine the winner.
Prize:
Churchill Package "Tank, Garage Slot, Consumables"
Tank: Churchill
Garage Slot
Large Repair Kits: x4
RULES:
- Player must not currently own a Churchill tank.
- Player must be in either FURHQ, FURST, or our new sister clan, FURSS (for Spanish-speaking furs)
- Lorethian will be composing the teams (since I won't be eligible for the contest, I won't have any incentive to be biased in team-composition)
- Players MUST be registered on the forums, and make a post on this thread showing their interest!!!!
- Anyone displaying any unsportsmanlike conduct (Swearing, raging, harassing other contestants) will be IMMEDIATELY disqualified!
- NEW: No premium tanks!
- NEW: No tier 5 LIGHT tanks. Tier 5 lights are meant to go against much higher-tier tanks, due to their scout role.
- NEW: No SPGs! I totally meant to mention this in the original post, it somehow got skipped over @_@
The prize will be divvied out the next day.
DISCLAIMER: Like I said, I'm DIRT poor. Sometimes shit happens, and I'm not able to scrounge together 2 bucks for food at work, let alone the money for this prize. So on the off-chance something happens, and I'm unable to come up with the prize, I will come up with something within the next week or so. It may not be the same prize, but you WILL receive something! I don't anticipate anything happening, but this is just in case :3

Resias won after 5 battles. It came down to Tallyn, bluedogkillr, and Resias. Tallyn was knocked out in his battles against Res and blue, and Resias managed to finish of blue's PzIII/IV with his KV-1! He'll receive his Churchill package tonight!
Thanks to everyone who played! I'm glad I was able to run this, and despite the small turnout, seems we had a good few rounds of fun. Keep an eye out, I may post another contest soon!
