The point is to see if anyone goes to any conventions/has been and experiences you can share if you'd like! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've never actually been to a specifically furry convention  but I have been to Comic Con 1 year(last) and I do expect to go again this year! I actually got to hug and talk to the furry artist Miu while I was there, that was pretty fun :3 |

I've been to Otakon myself, back in, oh, 2009?
I'm attending SciFi on the Rock in a couple weeks here in town :3 Pretty much the only convention we have here, and there will be furries there X3 I'll be posting pics~

I frequently attend Midwest Fur Fest, made it once to Further Confusion and Rocket City Fur Meet. At present, MFF if my con of choice.

You don't like sweating your ass off in a suit of fur for hours on end? You don't like young children clinging to you? You don't like getting furpiled? You don't like getting free hugs from strangers? The list goes on and on and on and on...
Edit: awwwww musta been awesome having a bunch of life-size animals show up for lunch!

Or making a kid's day when he goes to his birthday party at the Rainforest Cafe across the street from a FurCon, and the fursuiters all decide to eat dinner there too?

So far, I've only attended a small Furmeet. I'm hoping to go to Eurofurence either next year or the year after. Once I have, I'm going to be thinking about AC in the states.
