Hey guys, I just want to post this for posterity, so that if there's ever any doubt about when team training is:
Every week on Saturday, starting at 8 PM EST (12 Midnight UTC), we will hold training sessions for the clan
I realize that the exact time has changed from anywhere between 6 PM and 9 PM, and I apologize for the lack of consistency. Part of it is due to my work schedule which USED to fluctuate, and the other is due to my plain bad memory.
However, I've negotiated having Saturdays off with my boss for this very reason. I want to help form us into a cohesive fighting force, and I want to do so regularly.
You guys must understand, that this is the earliest possible time that clan wars can be held if we're going to invade North America - which is where we want to at least try, ideally - and I want to get people in the habit of being online at that time.
I know it's only training, but I expect you guys to treat this as if it's the actual thing in terms of punctuality and actually showing up. Obviously I don't expect everyone to be there on the dot 100% of the time, but if you can't make it for some reason, I expect you to tell me. Some of you are doing this, but most of you aren't, and that needs to change. We'll never get anywhere if we don't discipline ourselves as a team in this manner :3
In the next couple of days, I'll be drawing up a table with each person's name, and their attendance record for the weekly sessions - including my own - so we can see who's having difficulty, and what we as a team can do to combat that :3
