I'm fairly certain this isn't implemented yet. I've talked with an experience clan wars player, and he's not familiar with that system... I think it's something WG is working on.

Talked to shockwave about it...cording to him his current clan will often aide other clans on the battle field....I will look more into it, and will post here with the results
