Noted, orange. I guess my main concern in this case then is, wouldn't it be easier to move the lesser amount of CW ready players than it would be to move the majority of those who are not ready? Also, if this were to be voluntary, it would be very difficult to notify all the less inactive members about this whereas the CW players are on much more frequently which would make it worlds easier to move them or have them move. We've already established that we have had issues getting a full team of 15 CW ready players. Establishing that plus alternates, I realistically see 20-30 players tops, for CW. I dont expect that number to change very often once it does. Maybe I'm thinking a little critically, but just like with contests started on the forum, if they're not online or choose not to visit the forums, they have less a right to be upset if they dont pay attention to what's going on in the clan. Drop them a PM explaining what's going on and why they're being moved, and show them the link to the other clan, and that should be that.

The problem with that, Orange, is that the WoT messaging system is soooo terrible. The only way to PM them if they're not online is via the WoT Forums, and that would give their email a notification, but a lot of people sign up for WoT with an email they don't check. Or, even more inexplicably, don't check any of their emails at all @.@ Kids these days, eh?

I really wish you could PM people that were offline from inside the actual game, that would make everything SO much easier. I have honestly only been to the WoT forums like 5 times... one being to vote for the T-shirts... I just do not like their forum system or community in general at all. >.=.> Also, some people might not even get an E-mail notification of a PM depending on their privacy/notification settings when they first created the account. And yes, I admit, I have 3 E-mail adresses but I only check one of them... and it's not the one I sign up for stuff with.

We still have SOME means of providing them the information and reasoning as a courtesy though. If all else fails, worst case I can imagine you'd hear the "WTF why was I kicked???!!" when they realize what happened. But as long as we're advertizing the changes soon to come in chat channels in game, a majority can be aware, and many of those who remain in the dark on the matter can be filled in by others. That's the best we can do right now...

I guess you could say I am a little bit OCD when it comes to stats of certain things on my profiles... Join dates are one of them. Not a big issue but other people might feel the same way. (Or maybe I am just odd...) >.=.< Don't worry Drummer, I feel the same way.

Having a CW only clan sounds like a great idea, at least that way you can tell who are the dedicated CW players and who aren't, not to mention you can also hand pick individual players who you think will be a valuable asset when it comes to either commanding or following orders on the field.

I think this is a better idea than what we currently have. It assures that those that can play in CW are accounted for, without the hassle of having to deal with troublemakers. One issue I have, though, is what if somebody wants to start getting ready for CW? Will they be eligible, or will they have to sit back and watch instead? Another question that arises is: "What about clan funding? If you stick to one clan with CW, then the rest of the clans will pretty much be run only by the constituent players, which may or may not be a good idea.

Good point. If someone wants to get ready for CW, then they can do it in whatever clan they are in. They don't necessarily need to be in FUR-E. Once they have a CW tank, then they can join FUR-E.
As far as "funding" goes, do you mean about gold distribution or strictly with who will run the other clans? Obviously gold distribution would be limited to FUR-E, but I don't think that was ever supposed to be any other way. If you participate in CW, then you get a share of the winnings.
As far as who will lead the other clans, I think for the most part we have people already set up for that and if need be we will just need new people to step up to the plate.
Only time will tell if this will work out, but that's why we try our best to advertise what we are planning on doing and getting feedback so we can make an informed decision.
